Padding is key to the softness and durability of your carpet. Padding acts as a shock absorber and protects carpet from wear and tear of heavy traffic. We always let you know of any and all padding options available to you at the time of your estimate.

Before your carpet installation…

• If you’re painting, paint first. You’ll find that it’s easier and quicker to paint a room when you don’t have to worry about spilling or dripping paint on your brand new carpet. You’ll save money on plastic and drop cloth too!
• Have your furniture moved. If you would like us to move that heavy antique dresser for you, just let us know.
• Remember your doorways. New carpet and padding can be higher than your previous floors, making your existing doors rub on the bottom. Check to see if you need your doors re-sized.
